Meet The Team

Brett Ehrlich

Brett Ehrlich

Brett Ehrlich supports home buyers and sellers across the SF Mid-Peninsula region. Brett’s unique approach to real estate is influenced by his 25 years of business experience in roles that spanned home lending, product marketing, project management, and economic analysis. Before entering the business world, Brett received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Brett is known by clients and colleagues as being focused, strategic, data-driven, and thorough. He utilizes the latest real estate analytic and AI-based technologies to support his clients. Brett creates an organized and transparent process that is tailored to meet your goals, with clear and frequent communications to ensure you are always in the driver’s seat.  And when it’s time to set a list price or prepare an offer, Brett’s strong analytical skills, drive, and negotiation skills give clients an edge.

Growing up, Brett’s home was a hub for friends and family. He understood from an early age how such a place can ground people and transform their lives for the better. Brett’s appreciation of homes continued to grow over time. He was drawn to a career in real estate after leading many home buying, selling, and renovation experiences for his own family and extended family. Helping his aging mother and mother-in-law transition from their long-held homes to assisted living communities also had a lasting impact on Brett, as he came to realize the importance of having a trusted partner to help navigate these complicated and transformative life events.

What Brett finds most rewarding about being a realtor is the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with clients while helping through significant life transitions – whether relocation, marriage, having a baby, downsizing after the kids leave home, or helping elders find and embrace a home that better meets their needs.

Brett has lived in the Bay Area for 35 years, residing and working in several cities throughout the Mid-Peninsula region – from San Mateo to Palo Alto.

He currently lives with his wife, daughter and kitty cat named Meera in San Carlos, where he loves the friendly community, easy access to hiking and biking trails, plentiful tennis and pickleball courts, and restaurants of all cuisines.
